Basketball Recap: Central Takes a Loss

Central played a tough match on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 61-37 to the Bangor Christian Patriots. The Red Devils were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-10.

Central is on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4. As for Bangor Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Central and Penquis Valley will round out the year against one another at at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Bangor Christian, they will take on Jonesport-Beals at 3:00 p.m. on December 28th.
