Pensacola Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 16-4 to the Baker Gators. One positive for the Warriors, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Pensacola Christian Academy saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jaydon McClure, who went 2-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. That's the most RBI McClure has posted since back in April of 2024.

Pensacola Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Baker, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pensacola Christian Academy will head out to face off against Central Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The contest will give Pensacola Christian Academy their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Baker, they will head out on the road to square off against Destin at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Baker is facing Destin at the right time seeing as Destin is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
