Baseball Recap: Coral Reef Takes a Loss

Coral Reef and Southwest squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Coral Reef had to settle for second. They lost 10-1 to the Eagles. The Barracudas have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Coral Reef's defeat dropped their record down to 7-17. As for Southwest, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-9.

Coral Reef does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Southwest, they will square off against South Dade at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
