Eastern and Taylor are an even 4-4 against one another since September of 2015, but likely not for long. The Eastern Comets will venture away from home to face off against the Taylor Titans at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Eastern is no doubt hoping to put an end to a seven-game streak of away losses.
Eastern's offense might be in the hot seat on Tuesday considering what happened against Wabash on Saturday. They came up short against the Apaches, falling 3-0.
Meanwhile, Taylor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They fell just short of Rossville by a score of 2-1.
