Volleyball Recap: South Cobb Comes Up Short

South Cobb was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chapel Hill Panthers. The Eagles were not able to make up for their defeat to the Panthers from their previous meeting back in September of 2022.

While South Cobb was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-16.

South Cobb now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Chapel Hill, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Coincidentally, South Cobb and Chapel Hill will both be playing Osborne the next time they take the court. The Panthers will head out to face the Cardinals at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Eagles will host them at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
