Soccer Game Preview: Maiden vs. Foard

Maiden is 0-7-1 against Foard since March of 2016 but things could change on Tuesday. The Blue Devils will host the Tigers at 6:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Maiden fell victim to East Gaston and their airtight defense on Friday. They lost 7-0 to the Warriors.

Meanwhile, Foard scored the most goals they've had this season on Thursday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 4-2 to Bandys.

Foard's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Maiden, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Maiden might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Foard in their previous matchup back in March of 2025. Can the Blue Devils avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
