Softball Recap: Torres Plays to a Tie

Torres saw some tournament action on Tuesday. They and the San Luis Obispo Tigers finished up their matchup with a 5-5 tie.

With that tie, Torres' record moves to 8-7-2. Meanwhile, San Luis Obispo's record is now 12-4-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Torres will face off against Coalinga at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for San Luis Obispo, they will take on Santa Ynez at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Tigers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Pirates have averaged an impressive 8.3 runs per game this season.
