Basketball Recap: Tuesday's Win Is Windthorst's Seventh in Last Eight Outings

Electra typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Windthorst proved too difficult a challenge. They were the clear victor by a 56-36 margin over the Electra Tigers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 51-25 back in January.

Windthorst has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.9 points per game. As for Electra, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 17-11 record this season.

Windthorst will venture away from home to face off against Olney at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Olney has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
