Volleyball Recap: Pacifica Christian Wins Going Away Against Highland

With a playoff win on the line, Pacifica Christian rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They blew past the Highland Bulldogs 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tritons.

Pacifica Christian was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-20, 25-18.

Kaitlyn Woods paced Pacifica Christian's offense, picking up seven kills. Woods got some help from Addie Roberson and her 18 assists. Finally, Woods was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high eight blocks.

Pacifica Christian's win bumped their record up to 13-9. As for Highland, their defeat ended a six-match streak of away wins and brought them to 28-8.

Pacifica Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Gahr on the 25th. Highland does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
