Football Game Recap: Fairview vs. Hanceville

After having lost a blowout to West Point in their previous game, Fairview was happy to find some success on Friday. Fairview took their game against Hanceville 32-22. The success represented a nice turnaround for Fairview, who in their last game suffered a tough 27-55 loss.

Fairview got off to a sluggish start, posting 6 total points in the first half. That left them at a 6-8 disadvantage. The Fairview offense took control in the second half, however, scoring 26 points. The contest brought them to 0-1 and dropped Hanceville to a mirror-image 1-0.

Fairview will look to defend their home turf next week against Kate Duncan Smith DAR at 7:00 PM. As for Hanceville, they will face off against Pennington.
