Preview: Waite Indians vs. Springfield Blue Devils

The Waite Indians will be playing in front of their home fans against the Springfield Blue Devils at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Waite comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

Waite pushed their score all the way to 57 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 64-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of Northwood.

Meanwhile, Springfield scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Bowsher and snuck past 60-58. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.

Springfield can attribute much of their success to Aaron Adams, who scored 17 points along with two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Adams has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Nate Pope, who scored 11 points along with five assists.

Waite's defeat was their 12th straight at home, which bumped their record down to 0-14. As for Springfield, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-9.
