Volleyball Recap: Waukon Takes a Loss

Waukon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 3-1 to North Fayette Valley. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against North Fayette Valley this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 last Saturday.

Waukon now has a losing record of 2-3. As for North Fayette Valley, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-2.

Waukon has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Crestwood on the 13th. As for North Fayette Valley, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Lisbon on the 13th.
