Volleyball Recap: Argos Takes a Loss

Argos was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Oregon-Davis Bobcats. The Dragons were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bobcats from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Argos was the model of consistency in the loss, scoring 13 points in every single set they played. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-13, 25-13.

Their offense was headlined by Katlynn Tinsman and Sophia Quintana, who picked up three kills apiece. They got some help from Kinzlee Kelly and her 12 assists. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Argos' loss dropped their record down to 4-16. As for Oregon-Davis, their win bumped their record up to 6-17.

Argos wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Knox on the 9th. Oregon-Davis does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
