Basketball Recap: Nemo Vista Comes Up Short

Nemo Vista lost against Scranton back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Nemo Vista Red Hawks took a hard 45-26 fall against the Scranton Rockets. While losing is never fun, the Red Hawks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 201st, while the Rockets are ranked 93rd).

Nemo Vista has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-15 record this season. As for Scranton, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 13-2.

Nemo Vista wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 48-47 loss against Augusta on the 16th. As for Scranton, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 32-25 win against County Line on the 17th.
