 The Lapel Bulldogs will head out on the road to  challenge  the Shenandoah Raiders at 10:00  a.m.  on Saturday. Lapel is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road.
 Lapel can now show off ten landslide victories after their most recent  game  on Thursday. They put the hurt on Delta with a sharp  8-1 win. That's two games straight that Lapel has won by  exactly seven  runs.
  Krystin Davis made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound,   not allowing a single  earned run while striking out 14 over seven innings pitched. Davis has been consistent recently: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in four consecutive pitching appearances. Davis was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring a  run and  stealing three bases while going 3-for-4.
 Davis wasn't  the only one making solid contact as  eight players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was  Addison Bodenhorn, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-3.  Jama Everman was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs while going 1-for-3.
 Meanwhile,  Shenandoah unfortunately witnessed the end of their  three-game winning streak on Wednesday. They took  a  5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Eastern Hancock. The  match marked the first time this season in which Shenandoah was not able to get on the board.
  Lilliana Lynch was cooking despite her team's loss,   going 2-for-3 with two  doubles and a  stolen base.
 Lapel has  been performing  well recently as they've  won 11 of their last 13 matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record  this season. As for Shenandoah, their loss dropped their record down to 11-6.
 Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging  on Saturday. Lapel hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season,  having  averaged 0.8  home runs per game. However, it's not like Shenandoah struggles in that department as   they've been averaging 0.4. With so much power on both teams, it'll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.
 Lapel took their  victory against Shenandoah  in their previous matchup  back in May of 2023 by a conclusive  13-4. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Shenandoah's  Alyssa Allen, who  went 3-for-4 with a  home run and four  RBI.
