J.L. Mann was sadly handed a loss on Tuesday, but Teddy Garner did his best to prevent it. Garner wasn't messing around, striking out seven batters over six innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits. The pitching appearance was his fourth straight with five or more strikeouts.
