Lake Travis won the last time they faced Bowie and things went their way on Friday too. The Cavaliers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Bulldogs. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cavaliers.

While Lake Travis won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-13, 25-23.

Gentry Barker paced Lake Travis' offense, picking up 18 kills. Barker got some help from Tatum Wilson and her 18 assists.

Lake Travis' record now sits at 28-9. As for Bowie, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 20-17.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Lake Travis will challenge rival Westlake at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Bowie is set to square off against their familiar foe Akins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
