Beal City entered their tilt with Central Montcalm on Friday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They were the clear victors by a 12-1 margin over the Hornets. 12 seems to be a good number for the Aggies as the team scooped up a win with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Emma Block made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. What's more, she posted four strikeouts, the most she's had over her last ten matchups. She was also stellar in the batter's box, firing off two home runs and three RBI while going 2-for-3.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Emily Taylor, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Nevaeh Welsh was another key player, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one home run.

Beal City kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least nine hits in ten consecutive games.

Beal City pushed their record up to 18-3 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.2 runs over those games. As for Central Montcalm, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-4.

Coming up, Beal City will head out to face off against Manton at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Central Montcalm, they will square off against Vestaburg at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
