Volleyball Recap: Monroe Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Monroe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 17th straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 3-1 to the Victory Christian Center Kings. The Redhawks were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Kings apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Monroe started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 26-28, 25-20, 25-17, 25-19.

Monroe's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Monroe has already played their next match (against Parkwood), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Victory Christian Center, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Gaston Christian on the 19th.
