If Gunnison Valley was riding high fresh off their 43-17 takedown of Maeser Prep Academy last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Gunnison Valley Bulldogs were dealt a 68-41 defeat at the hands of the Manti Templars on Wednesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bulldogs of the 52-38 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2023.

June Olsen had an outrageously good game for Manti as she went 7 for 13 en route to 19 points plus six rebounds and three steals. Cadee Alder was another key player, earning 11 points in addition to six steals.
