Recap: Twin Falls Bruins vs. Ridgeline Riverhawks
On Thursday, things could have been worse for Twin Falls, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 72-54 loss to Ridgeline. Twin Falls has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Ridgeline was led to victory by Carson Cox and Jagger Francom. Cox scored 21 points, while Francom dropped a double-double on 19 points and 13 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which Francom has scored at least 25% of Ridgeline's points. Another player making a difference was Diego Vazquez, who scored 12 points.
Twin Falls' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Ridgeline, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
Twin Falls is on the road again on Saturday and play against Mountain Crest at 1:00 p.m. on December 2nd. Ridgeline won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Hurricane at 7:00 p.m. on December 1st. Hopefully Hurricane focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 13 on Thursday.
