Volleyball Game Preview: San Juan Diego Catholic Saints vs. Lutheran Mustangs + How To Watch

The San Juan Diego Catholic Saints will challenge the Lutheran Mustangs at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with 11 consecutive losses for San Juan Diego Catholic and 12 for Lutheran dating back to last season.

San Juan Diego Catholic lost 3-0 to Faith Academy on Thursday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-15, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Lutheran came up short against Live Oak Classical on Saturday, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-16, 25-11.

Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for San Juan Diego Catholic, their loss dropped their record down to 5-17.

San Juan Diego Catholic couldn't quite get it done against Lutheran in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can the Saints avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
