Soccer Game Preview: Belton-Honea Path vs. Walhalla

Belton-Honea Path is 1-7 against Walhalla since March of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Bears will face off against the Razorbacks at 6:00 p.m.

Monday just wasn't the day for Belton-Honea Path's offense. They came up short against Palmetto on Monday, falling 3-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, Belton-Honea Path haven't been shut out since back in March.

Meanwhile, Walhalla waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Bulldogs.

Lily Shannon and Skyleigha Soriano scored all three of Walhalla's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 27 goals.

Belton-Honea Path's defeat dropped their record down to 13-7. As for Walhalla, they now have a winning record of 8-7.
