Turtle Lake is 8-2 against Siren since December of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Turtle Lake Lakers will take on the Siren Dragons at 7:15 p.m. Turtle Lake will be strutting in after a win while Siren will be coming in after a loss.

Turtle Lake can't be too worried about heading out to take on Siren: they just beat Clear Lake at home, who had been dominant on their own court up to that point. Turtle Lake strolled past Clear Lake with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 63-49. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lakers.

Meanwhile, Siren was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 78-58 to Shell Lake.

Turtle Lake is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.4 points per game. As for Siren, their loss dropped their record down to 4-12.

Turtle Lake was able to grind out a solid victory over Siren in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, winning 64-54. The rematch might be a little tougher for Turtle Lake since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
