Baseball Recap: Larkin Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Larkin's offense. They lost 14-0 to the West Aurora Blackhawks on Tuesday. The Royals haven't had much luck with the Blackhawks recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Larkin's loss dropped their record down to 4-26. As for West Aurora, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 26-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Larkin will venture away from home to take on Riverside-Brookfield at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for West Aurora, they will head out to challenge Glenbard East at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Rams will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something the Blackhawks surely won't give up without a fight.
