Basketball Recap: Midland Valley Comes Up Short

Midland Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against the North Augusta Yellow Jackets, falling 58-15. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Yellow Jackets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 70-11 back in January.

Amiya Dukes was Midland Valley's leading scorer, having posted four points.

Midland Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 5-20. As for North Augusta, they pushed their record up to 24-1 with the victory, which was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season.

As of now, neither Midland Valley nor North Augusta have any future games scheduled.
