Soccer Recap: Monroe Comes Up Short

Monroe lost against Skyline back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Trojans lost 7-1 to the Eagles. Monroe have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Monroe's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4-1. As for Skyline, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Monroe is set to face off against their familiar foe Pioneer at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Skyline will challenge rival Huron at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
