Augusta can finally bid farewell to their nine-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Guy-Perkins Thunderbirds by a score of 50-41. That's more bragging rights for the Red Devils, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Augusta's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-7. As for Guy-Perkins, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Augusta didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 68-30 defeat against Wonderview on the 13th. Guy-Perkins has also already played their next matchup, a 59-44 loss against Nemo Vista on the 13th.
