Basketball Recap: Kennedy Crusaders vs. Prosser Falcons
After flying high against Juarez last Friday, Kennedy came back down to earth. The Kennedy Crusaders took a 66-60 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Prosser Falcons.

Kennedy lost on Tuesday despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Jovani Naverette, who went 7 for 11 on his way to 17 points and eight boards. That's the most points Naverette has posted since back in December of 2024. Joseph Dahl was another key player, dropping a double-double on 23 points and ten rebounds.
Kennedy's defeat dropped their record down to 8-16. As for Prosser, their win bumped their record up to 9-13.
Kennedy will square off against Comer at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Kennedy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52 points per game this season. Prosser does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
