It was a good run, but Midway unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They lost 20-4 to the Hume Hornets. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hornets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 20-4 two weeks ago.

Midway's defeat dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Hume, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Midway will square off against Wellington-Napoleon at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Hume, they will face off against Rich Hill at 6:45 p.m. on Monday.
