Soccer Recap: Waterloo Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Waterloo can now relate to. They lost 7-0 to the Triad Knights on Friday. The loss continues a trend for Waterloo in their meetings with Triad: they've now lost eight in a row.

Waterloo's defeat dropped their record down to 14-7-2. As for Triad, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 19-5.

Waterloo does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Triad, they will challenge Springfield at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Springfield will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something Triad surely won't give up without a fight.
