Forest Lake Academy entered their tilt with Georgia-Cumberland Academy on Friday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They strolled past the Georgia-Cumberland Academy Jaguars with points to spare, taking the game 48-32. The Panthers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Jaguars, too.

Forest Lake Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Braelyn Isidro, who went 7 of 13 on her way to 15 points in addition to six boards and four steals. Isidro is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last seven games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Brooke Maynard, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 11 rebounds.

Forest Lake Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 15 offensive rebounds in three consecutive matches.

Forest Lake Academy pushed their record up to 11-8 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 21.8 points per game. As for Georgia-Cumberland Academy, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.
