Red Mesa skates past Music Mountain with ease

The Red Mesa Redskins scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They claimed a resounding 75-20 win over Music Mountain at home. That 75-20 margin sets a new team best for Red Mesa this season.

Red Mesa's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tianna Bradley, who scored 17 points along with four steals. That's the first time this season that Bradley scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was Shyla Pipkin, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds.

The win (which was Red Mesa's third in a row) raised their record to 6-2. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.7 points per game. As for Music Mountain, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Red Mesa's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Seligman at 3:00 p.m. on December 20th. Seligman is hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses. Music Mountain won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Rock Point at 1:00 p.m. on December 16th. Rock Point presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Music Mountain in Arizona (Rock Point is ranked 137th, while Music Mountain is ranked 285th).
