Basketball Recap: Greenhills Comes Up Short

Greenhills was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They were beaten by the Divine Child Falcons 66-20. That's two games in a row now that the Gryphons have lost by exactly 46 points.

Greenhills' loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Divine Child, they pushed their record up to 7-8 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Greenhills and Divine Child could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Michigan Rankings. Greenhills will face off against Detroit Country Day at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday down 358 places (617 vs. 259). Similarly, Divine Child (ranked 253rd) will meet Lumen Christi Catholic (ranked 30th) at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
