Football Recap: Sequoia Charter Starts Season with Defeat on the Road

Sequoia Charter had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost 38-14 to Skyline - Gila River on Thursday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

Coincidentally, Sequoia Charter and Skyline - Gila River will both be playing Wickenburg Christian Academy the next time they take the field. The Stallions will host the Lion at 7:00 p.m. on September 5, while Skyline - Gila River will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on September 12.
