Volleyball Recap: Holland Christian Falls Short Against Ranked Hudsonville

Holland Christian faced Hudsonville in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Maroons fell 2-0 to the Eagles. The Maroons haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Holland Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 10-4. As for Hudsonville, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 10-2.

Coming up, Holland Christian will square off against Hamilton at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hudsonville, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Catholic Central on the 6th.
