Rock Hill is 7-2 against Chesapeake since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Redmen will take on the Panthers at 5:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Things were looking good for Rock Hill after they put the first run on the board on Monday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They lost 10-2 to Ironton.

Meanwhile, Chesapeake was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against South Point, falling 17-5. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since May 8, 2023, but that streak is no more.

Kaiden Perkins was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with two stolen bases and three runs.

Rock Hill has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season. As for Chesapeake, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-11-1.

Everything went Rock Hill's way against Chesapeake in their previous matchup two weeks ago, as Rock Hill made off with a 14-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Redmen since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
