Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rock Island). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Alleman Pioneers 86-31. The Rocks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 20 points or more this season.

The victory was the sixth in a row for Rock Island, bringing their record for this year to 18-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.3 points per game. As for Alleman, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last ten contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-16 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rock Island will head out to take on Quincy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Quincy's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Alleman, they will head out on the road to square off against Galesburg at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
