There's no place like home for Legacy Christian Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They blew past Lake Country Christian 13-2 on Thursday. Legacy Christian Academy might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 matches by seven runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Mallary Renner, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, five RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Ryan Mosley, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI.

Legacy Christian Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .516. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .511 or higher in four consecutive games.

Legacy Christian Academy has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-10-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.8 runs over those games. As for Lake Country Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Legacy Christian Academy will head out to challenge All S at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lake Country Christian, they will venture away from home to square off against Nazarene Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Lions will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight.
