Volleyball Recap: Pratt Find Success

Pratt's tournament run continued when they took on Kiowa County on Saturday. The Greenbacks walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Mavericks. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Greenbacks.

Mica Stapleton paced Pratt's offense, picking up eight kills. Stapleton got some help from Savannah Copus and her 12 assists. Copus was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Pratt's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Kiowa County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5-1 record this season.

Pratt didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Sublette on the 13th. Kiowa County has also already played their next contest (against Cimarron), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
