Basketball Recap: Thrall Comes Up Short

Thrall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. The contest between them and the Uvalde Coyotes/Lobos (for girls) didn't end well, with the Thrall Tigers falling 43-29.

Thrall's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Uvalde, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-6.

Thrall and Uvalde could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings. Thrall (ranked 1420th) will meet Rogers (ranked 661st) at 7:00 p.m. on December 20th. Meanwhile, Uvalde will square off against Comfort at 3:40 p.m. on Friday down 512 places (989 vs. 477).
