Volleyball Recap: Seymour Has No Trouble Against Kennedy

Seymour won the last time they faced Kennedy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Wildcats were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Eagles.

Seymour was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-16, 25-20.

Leah Parkosewich paced Seymour's offense, picking up 13 kills. Parkosewich got some help from Isabelle Lester and her 14 assists. Tammy Chi controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Seymour pushed their record up to 6-3 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Kennedy, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Looking ahead, Seymour will face off against Shelton at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Kennedy, they will square off against Derby at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
