Volleyball Recap: Joslyn (JJ) Knepp and Addison Jones Secure Win for Barr-Reeve

Barr-Reeve had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Terre Haute South Vigo Braves. That's more bragging rights for the Vikings, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Leading Barr-Reeve to victory were Addison Jones and Joslyn (JJ) Knepp. Jones had nine kills, nine digs, three aces, and one block, while Knepp had 11 digs, six kills, and three blocks. Knepp is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had six or more in each of the last five games she's played. Another player making a difference was Hallie Knepp, who had 16 assists and seven digs.

Barr-Reeve's victory bumped their record up to 16-4. As for Terre Haute South Vigo, their loss dropped their record down to 7-4.

Coincidentally, Barr-Reeve and Terre Haute South Vigo will both be playing Avon the next time they take the court. The Braves will host the Orioles at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Vikings will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
