Last Friday, things could have been worse for San Antonio Memorial, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 37-19 loss to Providence Catholic.
Meanwhile, Poteet came up short against Nixon-Smiley on Friday and fell 40-32. Poteet has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
San Antonio Memorial's defeat was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 0-15. As for Poteet, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.
