Soccer Recap: Hargrave Takes a Loss

After flying high against Livingston last Tuesday, Hargrave came back down to earth. The Hargrave Falcons came up short against the Hamshire-Fannett Longhorns on Friday, falling 5-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Falcons of the 3-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2024.

Hargrave has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-7-2 record this season. As for Hamshire-Fannett, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-7.

Looking ahead, Hargrave will square off against East Chambers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hargrave is facing East Chambers at the right time seeing as East Chambers is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Hamshire-Fannett, they will challenge Livingston at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
