Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pueblo South). They blew past the Palmer Terrors, posting a 49-12 win on the road. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 35-6.

Caeden Herrera was his usual excellent self, throwing for 230 yards and four touchdowns, while also rushing for 54 yards and a touchdown on only six carries. Those 54 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. Jake Pisciotta was Herrera's top target, picking up 133 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Pueblo South was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 237 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Palmer only rushed for 47.

Pueblo South didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Chace Hurley and Pisciotta. With that strong performance, Pisciotta is now averaging an impressive 102 receiving yards per game.

Although Palmer took the loss, they still got scores from Jaiden Vils and Kymani Dotison.
