Volleyball Game Preview: Carlisle Wildcats vs. Winterset Huskies

After both having extra time off, the Carlisle Wildcats and the Winterset Huskies will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Tuesday, Carlisle didn't have quite enough to beat Boone and fell 3-2. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Meanwhile, Winterset suffered their biggest loss since September 9th on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to Bondurant-Farrar.

Carlisle's defeat dropped their record down to 5-17. As for Winterset, their loss dropped their record down to 6-15.

Carlisle skirted past Winterset 3-2 when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Will the Wildcats repeat their success, or do the Huskies have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
