Basketball Recap: Anacoco Takes a Loss

Anacoco suffered their closest loss since November 16, 2024 on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Ebarb Rebels by a score of 43-41. The Indians were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rebels apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2022.

Anacoco's loss dropped their record down to 19-19. As for Ebarb, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 18-27.

The future could be bright for both Anacoco and Ebarb: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. Anacoco will try to hand South Beauregard their fourth-straight defeat when the two meet at 5:00 a.m. on Friday. Similarly, Ebarb will look to extend Converse's four-game losing streak when the meet at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
