It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but East Bay had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They blew past the Spoto Spartans 21-6. The result was nothing new for the Indians, who have now won eight games by eight runs or more so far this season.

East Bay got a massive performance out of Molly Johnson, who went 2-for-3 with three runs, four RBI, and two doubles. That's the most RBI Johnson has posted since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Kamiira Austin, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: East Bay kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their hit total in three consecutive matches.

East Bay moved to 9-16 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak. As for Spoto, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-11.
