Firth won the last time they faced North Fremont and things went their way on Thursday too. The Cougars came out on top against the Huskies by a score of 7-4. The victory was familiar territory for the Cougars, who have now won eight matches in a row.

Michael Adams was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run while striking out eight over six innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up a single earned run in six consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.

In other batting news, Quinton Hall was excellent, going 3-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Tonk Perry, who went 1-for-4 with one stolen base and two RBI.

Firth's record now sits at 17-5. As for North Fremont, they moved to 8-9-1 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Firth nor the Huskies have any future games scheduled.
